Pretty good but sensitive skin be careful!
I was excited to receive an acne in product in a gifted box box because I have had acne for most of my life!
This product has awesome acne fighting ingredients like salicylic acid, succinc acid, PHA, niacinamide, zinc and prebiotic. It is also fragrance free and oil free!
I usually get a few white head pimples around my mouth and this product did an excellent job clearing those up quickly! I will say this product can be very drying if you have sensitive skin so I wouldn’t recommend using It too many days in a row. I was able to manage the dryness and breakouts by using a very heavy moisturizer! Definitely check this out if you have acne!

Gentle! And it works great!
I have had pretty good skin these days but a few times over the past couple of months I have used this, and I love it! It’s not drying or irritating, which is surprising but true. It feels silky but not sticky and it absorbs quickly, leaving the skin soft. There’s no sting or burn but somehow it cleared up any minor hormonal breakouts I’ve gotten, in less than 24 hours. There’s a lot in this tube, so it’ll last me a long time. It has no noticeable smell either, which was a relief. I also don’t believe it can bleach clothes or bedding, which is a huge plus! I would recommend trying this product! This review was incentivized and honest.

So much serum!
The ingredients are great! Its things i already like to use on my acne, plus i love that its from cetaphil! I will say the packaging confused me a bit because i originally thought it was a cleanser of some sort due to it coming in a tube but, now i love that the serum is in a tube versus a wide glass bottle like the others i own. Makes it more affordable, less likely to break & easy to put on my shelf & not worry about it falling down or getting knocked over. Its a good, medium,weight/ thickness serum for acne prone skin. I can’t really tell how well it works for MY skin yet but i do like it! I would definitely keep this on hand for myself after i use up this first tube!

Gentle but Effective
I’m always in the hunt for great acne clearing products that are fast, effective and won’t cause my face to be super irritated. This product doesn’t have a scent so if you have sensitive skin that’s a win win. I used this product In the AM before applying my makeup and in the PM after removing my makeup , etc … overall I’d say it’s super effective and gentle doesn’t cause irritation what so ever after using for a week or so I noticed my face was primarily clear and also I’m not sure if it’s this product or what I’m using in general but I will say my face seems to be a lot softer as well as clearer.

Cetaphil Fan!
I have been a huge Cetaphil fan for a long time now! Ever since I realized that expensive products with ingredients weren’t worth it and were actually doing more harm than good on my skin. Cetaphil has helped so much with my hormonal acne because it’s simple ingredients and no fragrances has been a perfect fit for my skin type. This serum is now going to be a new staple for me in my skincare routine. The only thing I would say like any salicylic acid is that you have to hydrate your skin after applying because it does dry out the skin but it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary! Love this product!!

I’m a licensed esthetician and I’m sensitive about
Usually when estheticians see Cetaphil products they run for the hills, but I had truly had hope for this product. I loved the ingredients and the texture of this. Salicylic acid, BHA’s and PHA’s are all great products for clearing the pores and clearing acne. However, this product didn’t do any of that. Serums only work when they’re able to penetrate exfoliated skin. But even after a gentle exfoliation, this product still did not penetrate below the surface of the skin. I used it for eight days during a bad breakout and it did nothing. I had faith in this product and it did not deliver at all.

Admittedly I have tried things from this brand in the past and was not a huge fan. They just didn’t work well with my skin type. I was pleasantly surprised with this though as it helps a lot. I started using it as soon as I received and noticed a difference in my breakouts in about a week. It is a thin formula which is nice so it is not heavy on your face. My only complaint is it seems like you have to use a lot to get the areas covered. Considering there was a noticeable difference in my skin I would recommend. I would just say that I wish the bottles were bigger or less needed to be used.

I love getting free samples of products to try out but once in a while I get to share with my wife. She has acne prone skin (I do not) so when I received the Cetaphil Gentle Clear Triple Action Serum, she was excited. I have told her she uses too many harsh products to clear up her acne which only leaves her skin dry and irritated. She agreed to use JUST this one serum (obviously with a cleanser and moisturizer), but with no other products to see how her skin reacted. And y’all…. Her skin cleared up and it was not dry AT ALL!!! It was gentle and effective even during her period which we know can be a tricky time for skincare. It’s now a staple product in her everyday skincare routine. Thank goodness she trusted me!
