We are looking for an experienced HR Quality Assurance Officer to develop, manage, and oversee our company’s HR quality control and management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing procedures for quality control and ensuring our HR practices adhere to industry standards and government regulations. 

We expect you to compile and analyze our company’s core HR policies and procedures, conduct quality control audits, and plan corrective measures to mitigate compliance risks. Under the guidance of the Director of HR, you will also report incidents related to quality assurance and regulatory non-compliance. 

To qualify for this position, you must have a proven track record in facilitating quality assurance programs and policies. You must have excellent analytical, reporting, and research skills, as you will need to assess discrepancies and monitor all operations that affect quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and administer procedures to inspect and report quality issues

  • Establish and measure KPIs to monitor all operations that affect quality standards

  • Maintain records of quality control reports, audit results, and statistical reviews

  • Ensure our internal HR operations meet all legal guidelines and standards 

  • Assist the HR department with hiring and training quality assurance staff

  • Participate in quality control testing and communicate parameters to the QA team

  • Review client, customer, and employee feedback to improve QC testing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Control and Compliance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, HR, or a similar field

  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and QC management practices

  • Solid understanding of risk management principles and concepts

  • Knowledge of best HR practices and corporate governance

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven

  • Excellent reporting and project management skills
