iS CLINICAL Hydra-Cool Serum

This product does it all and works along with all IS Clinical serums!
I first used Hydra-cool when it came in a pack of mini products I was told to use after a procedure in my Med Spa. I was So surprised and delighted that it did exactly what I was told it would do. I have very sensitive skin and usually have break outs after such a procedure. I not only had no breakouts but it immediately clamed the inflammation and felt wonderful on my skin.
It works with all IS clinical serums and I have used it with serums from other companies.
A definite winner in my book!
