TRIAL BOOKINGS

Important Information for Trial Bookings.  YOU MUST contact Soccer Pro Academy(SPA) immediately on 0422087191 upon completion of your trial should you NOT wish to CONTINUE with our program.  All trialists who DO NOT contact SPA will be automatically enrolled into the FULL TERM or remaining weeks (costs will be pro-rata).  Your 2 trial sessions once secured will commence from the next available class date.  These sessions must be taken consecutively.

UNIFORMS

Upon completion of your trials, Soccer Pro Academy uniforms are compulsory.   Full Uniforms must be worn at all times and proper protective wear such as Soccer Boots and Shin Pads must be worn for Safety and Insurance purposes.  No Player will be allowed to participate without proper uniform and protective clothing being worn.

PAYMENTS

All players choosing not to or are unable to pay via credit card have the option to pay via Cash, Cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer.  All of these types of payments must be made prior to the player starting there first session.  Please disregard automatic email reminders to pay card.  No Player will be allowed to take part at SPA if prior payment as not been made.  All late payments will incur a $10 per week late payment fee.  You must notify SPA on 0422087191 if you wish to pay via any other means other than credit card through our booking system as you will be unable to book via our booking system as it will only accept Credit Card Payments.  All Payments are GST Inclusive. 

AUTOMATIC ROLLOVER

Once you have booked a term with SPA your place in this class will be secured indefinitely and you will be automatically billed at the end of the current term for your next term enrolment.  We will advise you of this transaction prior to the date of being charged.  If you change your mind and no longer wish to attend your SPA class or you need to make any changes to your current booking class, payment method etc you will need to call SPA on 0422087191 BEFORE this date to cancel your booking or to make these changes.

Any changes after this date will incur a late fee. Cancellation fee $20, Transfer or Changes fee $10. So please notify me before this date to avoid any late fees.
