Smooth Crystal Clear Acne Free Skin

I got a deluxe sample about a week ago, I’m always interested in Kiehl’s since every product I have tried I love! so of course this MRC looked like something I wanted to try, the only problem is I have very acne prone skin so using an OIL scares me!. As I have gotten older I realize that using products that are all specifically for acne dry out my skin so much that it exacerbates and makes my eruptions more red and inflamed. After reading all reviews of this product and hearing that some people had some skin clearing benefits I did some research, Lavender is one of the few essential oils that can be applied to the skin directly, it not only has soothing & anti-inflammatory properties but in fact it has antibacterial properties!! this was enough research for me to give the oil a try. After the first application I noticed the oil absorbed quickly, and smelled amazing, in the morning I immediately noticed my acne was less red and irritated. By day 3 clear smooth skin is on the way!! this stuff is amazing. On day 4 I went online since the friends and family discount was available and got the huge 1.7oz bottle (this will last forever). A little goes along way, and I see some reviews where people say it is super greasy, the trick to this is less is more, I put one drop on each cheek and massage all over each half of my face and a 1/2 drop on each my chin and forehead, take the time to massage it in so you have great distribution. I cant believe I am acne free!! I know some people with oily skin may be scared of an OIL but try it it is worth it! I like it for that fact only I have yet to notice any line reducing benefits but maybe that takes more time to show with continued use and I’m only on week 1. This is the best product in the Kiehl’s line I have tried so far.

Seemed to make me break out

I liked this at first, but after a few days I noticed by pores seemed clogged and I was breaking out. Also, while it smelled good in the bottle, it didn’t seem to mix with the chemistry of my skin well and it smelled weird on me. Maybe it works for some people, but not all, so I’d recommend trying a sample first. I took mine back after two weeks.

I like this product. It makes my skin soft and hydrated. Feel like I have a natural shine to my face. I definitely recommend it.

Midnight recovery smells heavenly. But I’m not sure it does much else. I use it before bed with the rest of my night routine-I keep it on the list because of how calming the smell is.

Is a marvelous products..I used this every night to finish my night skin routine..keeps my skin moisture and the fragance is so nice!
