Classic bargaining unit members shall be responsible to contribute to the City’s employer contributions to the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) as follows: Effective the pay period including July 1, 2017 4.5% Effective the pay period including January 1, 2021 5.0% The City agrees to amend its contract with CalPERS effective January 1, 2019 to allow employees to receive PERS credit for the additional contributions made to CalPERS on the City’s behalf. New members as defined by the PEPRA pension reform statute shall have a retirement formula dictated by law and shall be required to pay at least fifty percent (50%) of the normal cost of their pension as identified, and periodically revised, by CalPERS or eight percent (8%), whichever is greater up to the legal maximum. Wine means a product manufactured by the normal alcoholic fermentation of the juice of sound, ripe grapes, or any other fruit with the usual cellar treatment, and containing not more than 21% of alcohol by volume, including cider made from apples or pears, or both, that contains at least 1/2 of 1% of alcohol by volume, or mead or honey wine made from honey, fermented fruit juices other than grapes, and mixed wine drinks.

CUP means a tournament or event conducted by NWSF other than the Premiership or Championship competitions;

Brewery means a commercial enterprise at a single location producing more than fifty thousand (50,000) barrels per year of malt beverage;

Beer means any liquid capable of being used for beverage purposes made by the fermentation of an infusion in potable water of barley, malt, and hops, with or without unmalted grains or decorticated and degerminated grains or made by the fermentation of or by distillation of the fermented products of fruit, fruit extracts, or other agricultural products, containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume but not more than six and twenty-five hundredths percent of alcohol by volume.

Spirits means any beverage which contains alcohol obtained by distillation mixed with drinkable water and other substances in solution, including, but not limited to, brandy, rum, whisky, and gin.

meat means the flesh of animals used as food including the dressed flesh of cattle, swine, sheep, or goats and other edible animals, except fish and poultry, that is offered for human consumption.

Outboard motor means a detachable self-contained propulsion unit, excluding fuel supply, used to propel a vessel.

Brewpub means a commercial establishment authorized to sell beer at retail for consumption on or off the premises that is operated by a person who holds a class “C” liquor control license or a class “B” beer permit and who also holds a special class “A” beer permit that authorizes the holder to manufacture and sell beer pursuant to this chapter.

Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.

The production tests to be carried out shall be listed in the Manufacturing Quality Plan ( MQP ), alongwith information such as sampling frequency, applicable standards, acceptance criteria etc.
The TSP shall ensure that the Project is designed, built and completed in a good workmanship using sound engineering and construction practices, and using only materials and equipment that are new and manufactured as per the MQP and following approved FQP for erection, testing & commissioning and complying with Indian /International Standards such that, the useful life of the Project will be at least thirty five (35) years from the COD of the Project.
The Vendor shall submit a detailed Manufacturing Quality Plan ( MQP ) for the PV Module with list of checks/tests performed during incoming material inspection, production, pre-dispatch and package.
For tower material, a Manufacturing Quality Plan ( MQP ) in line with the applicable technical standards and the one followed by CTU is followed.
Any payment received by Carrier from a Committed Shipper in a Contract Quarter for shipments of Crude Petroleum delivered into the Carrier’s facilities at an Origination Station for shipment to the Destination in excess of the Committed Shipper’s MQP will serve as a credit, on a dollar-for-dollar basis, against any Deficiency Payments due from Committed Shipper with respect to the twelve (12) Contract Quarters immediately following the Contract Quarter with respect to which such payment was paid.
Such prepaid transportation credits will only apply to transportation fees in excess of the Committed Shipper’s MQP in the applicable Contract Quarter.
At least one type from each of the aforesaid 6 (six) materials to be utilized in substations and villages’ electrification shall be inspected by the RQM as per MQP .
