TSMC Arizona is looking for an Outgoing Quality Assurance Engineer to join our 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. TSMC Arizona’s Quality & Reliability is responsible for incoming materials and final product quality, process and product qualification, and failure analysis.
Wafer Outgoing Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include:

The primary duties and responsibilities for this role are.

New outgoing wafer inspection site establishment
-
OQA tool (AVI, OM, Sorter, packing tools, etc.) release, maintenance, recipe setup and quality control
-
Wafer defect failure analysis, root cause analysis, and risk assessment
-
Develop OQA quality improvement projects and big data analytical capability

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
-
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Science, or related field
-
3+ years of experience in IC or bumping/assembly technologies
-
Semiconductor integration/product/process/quality engineering experience is a plus
-
Experience in yield improvement, defect reduction and problem solving is a plus
-
Experience in AI program development or Machine Learning techniques is a plus

Proactive attitude, innovative ideas, with good judgement

Good interpersonal skill and collaboration attitude
