As a first-time home buyer I wasn’t sure what to expect when I contacted QDH. From the first interaction I knew the staff here was genuine and honest. They had clear and regular communication throughout the process. Although there are numerous ways to customize a home through upgrades, we opted for most of the standard options. When we moved into the home we were thrilled with the quality of the baseline choices. In the modern world of convenience I can’t think of a better way to purchase a new construction home. QDH takes care of all the behind-the-scenes headaches (e.g. permits, sub-contractors, titles, etc.) and lets the buyer do the fun stuff (e.g. choosing flooring, cabinets, paint, etc.). I unreservedly give QDH the highest recommendation to anyone looking to build a new home.
