    INFERIOR QUALITY OF WORK : -For inferior quality or incorrect execution of work, the in-charge of work will be empowered to deduct from bills 10 % amount of W.O. in addition to excess payment made to rectify/reconstruct or replace any defective work.

    IF AT ANY TIME SUCH EQUIPMENT APPEARS TO THE TOWN TO BE INEFFICIENT, INAPPROPRIATE OR INSUFFICIENT FOR SECURING THE QUALITY OF WORK REQUIRED OR FOR PRODUCING THE RATE OF PROGRESS AFORESAID, HE/SHE MAY ORDER THE CONTRACTOR TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY, CHANGE THE CHARACTER OR INCREASE THE EQUIPMENT, AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONFORM TO SUCH ORDER.

    QUALITY OF WORK All work and materials pursuant to this RFA must be performed in a professional manner consistent with or exceeding the standards set forth in this RFA and the attached sample copy of Center’s Community Based Services contract.

    Straight time rates shall be paid for all hours worked on any holiday on which Contractor’s employees are requested by Purchaser to work.4. QUALITY OF WORK .

    QUALITY OF WORK : The BSNL shall be the final judge of the quality of the work and the satisfaction of the BSNL in respect thereof set forth in the contract documents.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Programme of Work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Quality System means a structured and documented management system describing the policies, objectives, principles, organizational authority, responsibilities, accountability, and implementation plan of an organization for ensuring quality in its work processes, products (items), and services. The quality system provides the framework for planning, implementing, and assessing work performed by the organization and for carrying out required quality assurance and quality control.

  • Manufacturing Process has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8.2.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Development Work means, with respect to a Project, the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) as set out in the Project Commitment, (i) in connection with the development of the Land into Finished Lots upon which construction of Homes may commence, all of which work and construction will be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but will not include the Homes, and/or (ii) the construction of amenities (including, without limitation, club houses and equipment structures) on Golf Parcels.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Manufacturing site means a location that produces, prepares, propagates, or compounds manufactured medical cannabis or medical cannabis products, directly or indirectly, by extraction methods, independently by means of chemical synthesis, or by a combination of extraction and chemical synthesis, and is owned and operated by a licensee for these activities.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.
