Reddit – Dive into anything

I have been shooting on an APS-C camera for a few years now and I am looking to move into the Full Frame realm. I shoot Nikon and currently there are two deals I am eyeing for cameras. The first is a Nikon D750 refurbished by Nikon for about $1,100. The second is a new Nikon D610 with 50 mm 1.8 lens (Which I already have) and a battery grip for about $900.

I am struggling with the decision going back and forth over spec sheets, between the advanced autofocus system of the D750 over the D610, and wondering if it is worth the extra $200 (Also refurbished vs new). Folks who perhaps have experience with one or both of these cameras, is there a stand out reason to pick one over the other?

For reference I shoot a variety of different things but I really enjoy macro, landscape, and nighttime photography.
