[REVIEW] Skin&Lab Red Serum (Before and After) — DEWILDESALHAB武士
.[Skin soothing effect with full hydration] Complete healthy skin by balancing sebum and moisture of sensitive skin: The Red Serum is not a hydrating serum, if you have dry skin and you want a product to quench that dryness, this ain’t it. Yes, it is composed of hydrating and moisturizing ingredients here and there, but that is not its main function in any way. If you’re looking for something hydrating, you’re better off with trying a mask (Honey based ones like this one or this one) As for balancing sebum production, my oily T-zone stayed oily without any noticeable change, and to balance it out I usually use a clay mask twice a week, which I stopped doing for the purpose of this review but will gladly restart now that It’s complete.
.[Feel the change in 5 days] Vitalize skin by correcting the fundamental problems (which according to them are: whitening, wrinkle care, nutrition, and hydration): Let me start by saying that rare are the serums that have a positive change that can be seen on your skin whiten that range of time. And if they do, you can’t see the change, it’s so small that you won’t even notice it. The red serum falls in that category: no you won’t see a change in 5 days. Your skin will probably get more nutrition than it usually does but you won’t feel that change. As for the whitening/wrinkle care/ hydration, these aren’t things you’ll even notice have been targeted within that small of an amount of time.
.[Color Therapy with phyto red complex] Red extracts from nature protects from oxidation and keeps your face looking young and healthy: Is color therapy a legit thing? yes, and not just when it comes to skincare, check out this article if you aren’t convinced. However, the red serum is not red in any way, the actual mixture is transparent, what is red are some of the fruit extracts its ingredients originate from. The properties of these extracts are what is going to protect your skin from oxidation (since a lot of them are anti-oxidants) and will keep your face looking young and healthy (I attest to that), but color therapy is not involved in any way shape or form.
.Wrinkle care: I can’t tell you if this is going to fade away your wrinkles (it probably won’t) but what I can say is that it will diminish your fine lines and the ingredients the serum is composed of are in majority antioxidants, photo protectants, and anti-inflammatory ones, all of these are anti-aging and prevent premature skin aging. The red serum won’t take care of your winkle now but will take care of your future ones by working as a preventative product.
