The Society of Quality Assurance (SQA) is a nonprofit, international quality assurance professional membership society based in the United States, which has over 2,300 members in over 30 countries. SQA represents professionals in pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, chemical and contract testing and research organizations, as well as regulatory agencies and academia.
SQA recognizes and supports high professional standards, knowledge and experience through registration examinations, currently offered in the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) disciplines.
Before scheduling an exam, you must have received an authorization to test email from SQA. For more information, visit the SQA website or follow the “Related Links” on this page. You may also contact SQA at (434) 297-4772 or [email protected].
Get certified from your home or office
Take your exam conveniently from home through OnVUE online proctoring. A live proctor will monitor you through the webcam on your workstation to provide a secure exam experience.
Watch the short video on the online proctoring page to see how convenient it is to test from home. Be sure to run a system test and review technical requirements along with policies and procedures via the “Additional information” drop downs.
Scheduling for a computer based exam
First-time test takers must create a Pearson VUE web account. Please note that account activation may require up to 24 hours. When creating your account and scheduling your exam, you will need your SQA candidate ID number from the authorization to test email sent to you upon completion of the application process. Exam appointments may be made up to one business day in advance.
After you schedule your test, Pearson VUE will send a confirmation letter listing your test date, your testing time, the address and phone number of the test center, and directions to the test center.
Obtain general information about computer-based testing and answers to FAQ, as well as practice taking a general exam using the computer.
