The best triple camera phones available

Triple camera phones seem to offer the right balance between camera versatility and value. Things get a little crazy and more complex once you start throwing more than three cameras at a smartphone.

HUAWEI gave us the first triple camera phone with the HUAWEI P20 Pro. Since then, we’ve seen many other triple camera phones from many different manufacturers. There’s a very healthy selection of them now, so we’ve taken it upon ourselves to find the best ones. Let’s take a look at our picks.

The best triple camera phones

Editor’s note: We’ll regularly update this list of the best triple camera phones as new devices launch.

Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus

Do we even need to mention that the Samsung Galaxy S23 series includes some of the best available devices? It’s the same story every year. This time around, two of the devices are triple camera phones: The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus.

These all come with specs you can expect from a high-end handset. The design is top-notch, and the UI is as featureful as they get. The Galaxy S23 Ultra has better specs and four cameras, so it could offer more versatility if you’re looking for even more cameras.

That said, you won’t regret getting one of the non-Ultra Galaxy S23 handsets. They all come with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, plenty of RAM, really nice 120Hz displays, and relatively good batteries.

Samsung Galaxy S23 specs:

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is one of the best triple camera phones and a very unique device. It’s an exceptional option if you’re looking for something different. This is a foldable device that can be used as a regular phone, or you can fold it open to take advantage of a larger 7.6-inch screen. This handset also comes with high-end specs and a gorgeous design, worthy of Samsung’s branding.
